- 60 x 20 m olympic sized indoor arena, with quality lighting & mirrors. fully fenced. Terms of use here
- 20 m round yard with sand, top quality 5 bar steel panels with 90cm high belting & lights
- 2 x 2 large stables, well ventilated, high walled, fully enclosable, with belting & lights. suitable for stallions
- concrete wash bay with lights. hot and cold water available
- timber post & rail holding/quarantine yard next to the stables
- 5 training/agistment/quarantine paddocks, 50 x 50m, with timber posts & 4 strand plain wire electric fencing, and shade shelters
- 6 x 10 acre lush treed agistment paddocks
- 40 acre lush bush paddock
- extensive trail rides over 100 acres of property plus endless rides in the extensive neighbouring state forest
- rolling hills, large dams, pristine creeks, swimming holes, native wildlife and endless riding trails.
- toilet, tea/coffee facilities, laundry sink, fridge, microwave, basic kitch needs, rug washing machine
- airconditioned meeting room

ALL paddocks contain abundant improved pasture for horses
Big head/oxalate grasses are not a problem here
