RIDING/HORSEMANSHIP LESSONS/PRE PURCHASE CHECK

Riding/horsemanship lesson      one on one            $80/hr                               on your horse

Riding/horsemanship lesson       two on one           $70/hr/person               on your horses

TRAVEL

$1/km or $50/hr whichever is the greater

HORSE TRAINING 

Intensive Horse training (on site only)                      $350/wk

Includes: 5 x 1 hour sessions/lessons, (over a 1 week period), paddock agistment, feeding

Does not include: feed, rugging, stabling, mucking out, paddock poo pick up

*  this rate is only available if an entire week of training is completed. If a week is not completed, the rate will revert to the hourly rate for each hour of instruction received during that week

AGISTMENT

Full livery/care no longer available

No minors

Retirement agistment available only:

    • 2 x 15 acre retirement/spelling paddocks. Treed, slightly hilled, plain wire, split post fence w electric stand off.
    • These paddocks are at the back of the property & require a 100 or 200 metre walk/drive from carpark.
    • Not suitable for horses in work.
    • Does not include use of any facilities.

Agistment does not include:

    • Feed, rugging/unrugging, regular feeding, one off feeding requests, daily manure removal from paddock or stables, daily manual inspection, use of facilities. these services can be provided at costs as detailed below

Additional agistment services available, at additional cost, to retirement horses only:

    • one-off feed or inspection request                                                    $10 per contact
    • use of stables in emergency, not inc shavings                              $30/24hrs

A ‘one off’ $25 administration fee, per horse, will be payable on horse arrival, regardless of length of stay.

HORSE TRANSPORT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agisted horses will be required to:

    • be Hendra vaccinated on arrival, or copy of vaccination certificate supplied. Vaccination available on arrival.
    • be wormed with an ‘all wormer’ on arrival and quarantined for 24 hours, or wormed 24 hours before arrival
    • have 2 in 1 tetanus and strangles vaccination current

Agistment to be paid one month in advance, upon horse arrival

Horses are not permitted to leave the property until all accounts are paid in full. Notices will be issued on unpaid accounts and a lein will be taken over the horse, until accounts are paid in full

No float or gooseneck or other farm equipment storage is available on site.

**Overdue accounts will attract a $10 administration charge, per reminder.**
